How it works

Most coaching asks you to pay up front, on trust and hope.

That never sat right with me, so I do things the other way around. We work together to set clear, detailed, meaningful goals, and money only enters the picture once you have actually reached them.

1

Start with a free conversation

We talk through what you actually want and what is in the way. No cost, no commitment, no obligation to continue. If it is not a fit, you still walk away with a clearer picture.

We set milestones and anchor their value

Together we mark out clear milestones between where you are and where you want to be, and for each one we put an honest value on what reaching it would mean to you. This is not a bill and it is not what you pay. It is simply a way to see how much each goal really matters to you.

We do the work, and we watch it move

Steady, focused attention on the next goal, with no long contracts or monthly retainer running whether or not you are getting anywhere. As we go, we put real numbers on what is actually changing, because progress you can see is progress you can steer.

We celebrate the win, and that is when you pay

Nothing is due until you have actually reached something. When a goal is reached, the fee is a small share of what it was worth to you, so by the time you pay you already have the thing you came for, at a price you are glad to pay. And if it ever does not feel worth it, you pay nothing for it. Here is exactly how the price works.
